Revlon ColourBurst Lip Butter in Sorbet

Hi Divas!!!

In one of my many Clicks shopping sprees this past two months, I bought some bright Revlon ColourBurst Lip butters that were on sale. My favourite shade from this range is Sorbet 053. It is a bright hot pink shade which resembles a watermelon colour. I love the packaging of the lip butters as it reminds me of summer and having fun in the sun. The lipsticks are encased in summery sorbet colours of pinks and peaches which looks playful and chic at the same time. They are so pretty to display on a vanity table and to brighten up my makeup bag.

The lipstick texture is soft and glides easily onto my lips. It has the same texture as a Dior addict lipstick with a slightly less glossy look. With one swipe of the lipstick my lips are coated in pink sorbet lusciousness. The shade is really pigmented and looks really bold and bright on the lips. The lip butter is really moisturising and feels smooth and creamy on the lips. Do be careful when travelling in the hot sun as these lipsticks are quite soft and can melt in your handbag.

The lipsticks don't last long though. As you eat throughout the day it does wear off. I like to use it during the day on the beach or if you going for a walk or picnic and you just want a pop of colour to brighten up your look. Have any of you lovely ladies tried these lip butters? Let me know below! Look out for a giveaway where I will be throwing one of these lip butters in the prize box. Whoop! :-)

Thanks for reading!
Xxxx

I love this colour. I am so sad that on many of my trips to Clicks I never picked up any of these. I will definitely be keeping my eyes open for this colour though.

Back when these came out, I waited with bated breath for Juicy Papaya - it's still my favourite, but I purchased four other colours after my experience with it. It's a perfect light coral :)
