Guerlian Terracotta 4 Seasons Bronzing Powder

Thanks to Guerlain Terracotta 4 Seasons Bronzing Powder you can have a glowing complexion all year round. These bronzers are inspired by the four seasons of the year and offer three bronzing compacts to choose from. I was very excited to use this bronzer as I have never used Guerlain products before. I have the lightest shade called Nude. The compact is beautiful in design and the powder pigments smells amazing. The sweet scent reminds me of little heart sweets from my childhood.

Bronzers are meant to sculpt and highlight where the sun's rays would hit the face. Having four shades to play around with, you can highlight and contour the face to leave your skin looking like it was kissed by the sun.  I applied the rosy pink on the apples of my cheeks and the darker brown shade just underneath it. I also highlighted my forehead and chin with the lightest pink shade and contoured my hair line with the dark brown shade. The key is too blend your shades so that you don't look like you stepped out of the 80's era. Not a good look at all!

The powder glides on really smoothly from the brush to the cheeks. The pigments are light and subtle so you can build it up to your desired bronzed look. It is quite creamy in texture and blends well to create a natural glowing complexion. This product strikes a great balance of a little shimmer and matte look. I love the natural radiant glow it gave my cheeks.

What I adore most about this product is that it's not one dimensional. The shades are adaptable and can be used on the apples of the cheeks as a blusher and below the cheek line as a bronzer. It can also be used to sculpt the nose and highlight the eyes and chin area. This is a great bonus as you would want to spend on high end products which are versatile and long lasting.

It is a definite must have in the makeup bag.

  5. Great review! I have the Guerlain Teracotta Bronzer, the one with just one shade and not 4. I use it to contour and LOVE it. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but so far it's been worth every penny!
